First, daily maintenance
1. Check the lubricating liquid level height to ensure the lubrication of the machine.
2. Check if the coolant in the coolant is sufficient, not in timely add.

Six, servo drive battery replacement
The absolute system data holds the servo drive battery. When the battery voltage is too low, the driver battery needs to be replaced, please order the same model number as soon as possible, and keep the drive power to turn. Please turn on the power supply of the drive unit at the 30-minute replacement of the battery, and complete the battery within 1 hour.
Battery replacement steps:
1. Verify that the input power has been cut off, the power of the replaced drive unit is OFF.
2. Unplug the battery plug connected to the drive unit battery socket.
3. Press the side of the battery with the fingertip to transverse the battery and take it out.
4. The new battery's plug is connected to the drive unit battery socket.
